Slide Mountain Vineyards is located at the southwest region of the Yakima Valley in Washington State. We have been growing high quality wine grapes since 2001 and since then, we have had many vineyard designated wines.
Our soil type is heavy to clay with a high mineral content. All our vineyards are located above 1,300 feet in elevation which puts us in ancient soil, above the Missoula Floods. At Slide Mountain Vineyards, we grow eight different varieties of red grapes which are all handpicked.
Our grapes produce wines that are deep in color, have delicate aromas and full bodies with bold flavors. We are proud to say that our vineyard has consistently produced wines scoring over 90 points.
